All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted.

Fees once paid are non-refundable except under special circumstances at our discretion.

5. Certification

Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the course and meeting all requirements.

We reserve the right to withhold certification if the user fails to comply with course guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, notes, and digital materials, are our intellectual property.

Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content will lead to legal action.

7. Code of Conduct

Users must not misuse the platform, post offensive content, or disrupt the learning environment.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension of access without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and high-quality content, but we do not guarantee specific results.

We are not responsible for technical issues, internet failures, or any losses incurred due to use of our platform.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 1 day (24 hours) from the date of purchase only for items marked as refundable on the product detail page.

After 24 hours of activation, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Returns are applicable only for items listed incorrectly (e.g., missing data, incorrect information, or video content mismatch displayed on the detail page).

Cancellations are not allowed once the purchase is completed.

Each item/service listed is available for a specific subscription period as per your purchase plan. Once the subscription period expires, access to the item will be revoked, and no refund or return will be applicable.

2. REFUNDS

Once your return request is received, it will be inspected within 1-2 business days, and you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.

If you wish to switch to a different item, you need to place a new order after requesting a refund (if eligible) from your customer account section. 

4. DE-ACTIVATE / DELETE ACCOUNT

Any ademy.in user can request to delete or deactivate their account at any time.

Once the account deletion request is confirmed, all associated data will be removed from our system within 7 business days (except data required to be retained by law).
